Apache Chief - Earth
Saturday mornings were the best because of the cartoons. One of the most memorable cartoons was the Super Friends. Of course, there were the regulars Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman but sometimes there was Apache Chief. He was always one of my favorites.
Earth
“You cannot treat Earth like one of your playthings Colossus." - Apache Chief*
Speaking the words, “Inuk Chuk,” Apache Chief can grow in height and strength. Using his great tracking abilities, sixth sense and his ability to communicate with the animals Apache Chief protects innocents. When Apache Chief was a young boy he and his Chief/Shaman journeyed out into the wilderness for a test. They were attacked by a Grisly Bear. The Shaman gave the young brave a powder that would increase his abilities and thoughts into great power and strength. The young brave grew 50 feet tall and chased the bear away. The young brave past the test and became Apache Chief. Protecting the Earth, all of the Earth is Apache Chief’s main goal.
We often forget that the Earth is living and breathing. The Earth is not a place to live. The Earth is alive…alive with plants animals and people. If only we could communicate with the Earth and find out what she needs. We typically forget that the Earth might need something from us. We often treat the Earth badly without care for her. We treat her like our personal “plaything”. It would not hurt at all to take public transportation often. We could bike or even walk to work. We can recycle. We can do so much – all we must do is just remember the Earth is living and breathing.
